Complaint themes

• Aggressive paywall

Value is gated before users feel it; trust is destroyed at the worst moment.

Double charged me when I only bought it for a yearly vip.

  Pitch Visualization missing

• Missing capability

Explicit feature asks — the closest thing to free product requirements.

  music is everything

  Repeating songs

• Crashes & stability

Basic reliability is missing; this is the cheapest wedge to out-execute on.

  User-Friendly but some persistent glitches.

  Outdated and unusable

• Price barrier

Users want the outcome but reject the price or the pricing model.

  Down hill

  Money hungry!
