Complaint themes

• Aggressive paywall

Value is gated before users feel it; trust is destroyed at the worst moment.

  I used to love it

Almost unusable. The free version isn’t even worth it right now.

• Performance

Perceived performance is a quality bar the incumbent has stopped meeting.

Would be 5 stars, but there’s an issue

  What free membership?

• Crashes & stability

Basic reliability is missing; this is the cheapest wedge to out-execute on.

Not sure if they are trying to scam people or if it’s a glitch

  Can’t get in the app??

• Outdated interface

Perceived age signals abandonment and makes migration easy to justify.
