Evidence

5.1% of all ratings are 1–2★ (unhappiness index 8/100)

What to build

Insufficient evidence to build this candidate: No explicit single-user, local, offline or export boundary was found.

Complaint themes

• Aggressive paywall

Value is gated before users feel it; trust is destroyed at the worst moment.

  It was good. It changed

  Gone downhill…

• Price barrier

Users want the outcome but reject the price or the pricing model.

  Too many ads

  Only $20 a month! Nice.

• Intrusive ads

Ad load is high enough that users would rather pay than tolerate it.

Was good now it’s hard to use

Too many ads or paying for stuff that used to be free

• Crashes & stability

Basic reliability is missing; this is the cheapest wedge to out-execute on.

  Really great app like seriously

Good to vent, crashes too much tho.
