One-off credit packs
Credit packs ($9, ten briefs) are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than three of the briefs. Ask us and we will arrange it through Paddle.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods, but the first payment of a new subscription is refundable within 14 days.
How to cancel
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or email us at 37830863@qq.com with the email you bought with. We process cancellations the same working day. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
If the service fails you
If the service is unavailable for a sustained period in a paid month, tell us — we will extend the subscription or refund that month, your choice.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country; nothing here reduces them.
